A variation of our ginger cookie, shaped like a diamond and half-dipped in white Guittard to sparkle. 
Large cookies are approx. 4" x 2" in diameter & weigh approx. 2.25 oz. All cookies are hand scooped and handmade and can vary in weight and size.
